Sincerely Valentine accept returns of all items purchased from www.sincerelyvalentine.com received within 14 days of the delivery date. Send your package back to the address below and add your retour via your account on the website. Sale items are final and may not be returned.
If you haven’t made an account yet (so you bought something as a guest), you’re still able to register and create an account where you can find the order you made. Attention: make sure to use the same mailing address to register with, like the one you ordered with.

WHEN CAN I RETURN MY WEBORDER?
We don’t accept items that have been worn or used, items that have become damaged because of improper use, or items returned after the 14-day cooling-off period. See how to return an item that was damaged at delivery, below.
Please make sure to return any items the way you received them, including all tags, bags and boxes.
Sale items and gift cards are final and may not be returned. For hygienic reasons swimwear and earrings cannot be exchanged or returned.
We want this to go smoothly, so please fill in the packing slip and include it in your return. To ensure your item(s) gets to us safely and on time, please use one of the recommended postal services (Bpost for Belgium, UPS or DHL for international) and hold onto your tracking number. Please note that we are not responsible for any missing, late, or damaged returns.
Sincerely Valentine reserves the right to reject the return of items, which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Procedure, and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED INSTORE?
We hope you like what you have bought, but if you are unhappy you can return your product(s) within 8 days of the purchase date. Simply bring your product(s) into store with your receipt to change for another item or a gift card. Sale items are final and may not be returned.
If you paid for your order using a giftcard then we will return the refund on a new giftcard.

- A copy of your online order number;
- A clear picture of the damage;
- A brief description of the damage (and how it occurred if applicable).
